I filled out a form some time ago thinking it was something it wasn't. I received a call and returned it to a "Jesse". Now, Jesse will not leave me alone. She is very rude and will not quit calling to get me to sign up with them. They won't take 'no' for an answer. Please help. Every day there are phone calls from CallWave from this company.

He told me that I was selected to receive a $1,000 shopping package. The company was called American Exotic Vacation. I told him that I was not interested and he was insiting that the company was legit and that all I had to pay was $3.95 for the shipping charges. After I told him that I was not interested, he just hung up without saying anything. It was obviously a scam

Phone rings. I answer. Series of beeps. Silence. I hang up. (Ontario, Canada)

Received a call from "Officer Steven Douglas" from the BCI, Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Please, people, do NOT give this guy anymore info than he may already have about you. He is very rude, unprofessional, and extremely threatening. He speaks very poor english, pronounces the number 4, as fo. First of all, the BCI does not make threats to the American public, especially regarding false Pay Day Loans. Nor would the BCI ask for a letter of apology, and then settle for a particular amount of money. This is a major scam, which I must admit, was very scarey at first. But once I read more about the BCI, I'm certain that "Steven Douglas" is indeed a scam artist, and NOT with the BCI.

Follow-up to my 26 Feb posting. Turned out to be legit. Not sure why they sounded so hick-y and unprofessional, but I called UPS (from number I got from their website, not the # provided by caller), and gave invoice #. It was for import taxes/duty on a shipment I got from Spain a few months ago (normally pay these fees with delivery, so I doubted its authenticity). Maybe UPS is using some kind of collection service to make these calls for them (the UPS person had no info on this), which is why the original caller sounded so unprofessional. Anyway, my mistake!/I apologized to the UPS person.

I AM GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AS EARLY AS 8AM AND AS LATE AS 9PM. TODAY I RECIEVED 4 CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. 9PM, 6:15PM, 12:33PM, 9:42AM. I HAVE NO DEBT, AM NOT LATE ON ANY BILLS. I OWE NOTHING TO ANYONE...HELP!!! I FEEL HARASSED IN MY OWN HOME.
